Advantages Compared with Traditional WPC Products:
Raw material resources advantage: Our products ' raw materials are waste cellulose and waste plastic. They are both cheap and easy to get. However, in case of the most of the traditional WPC products the raw material is wood powder and good plastic. Compared with their raw material, our cost is significantly lower.

Technology advantage: Our automatic production line is made by ourselves, and that is much cheaper than the imported machines. We got the national patent for this machine (patent No.: 200520118247X) our machine can mix the cellulose and plastic very well, and can deal with these rough materials efficiently. Most of the traditional machines can deal with the smooth wood powder only. In these traditional machines once the abrasion of extrude screw is more than 20 micron, the size, stability, and smoothness of the products will change. This makes lots of waste, and they have to change these parts often. These specific screw parts are very expensive.
Currently most of the WPC products are made by using the extrude technology. Compared with the traditional manufacturing technologies, our products are using the pressing techniques. The size of our products is much bigger and wider than traditionally produced. The biggest size we can fabricate is 2 by 4 meters. Generally we make the sizes of 1.2 by 2.4 meters (that depends on the order).
